Sauerkraut & Sausage




Saute some bacon to taste (4-6 slices)

Add two large onions, salt pepper saute till tender

Add two large tablespoons of old style mustard

Add two, drained, cans of sauerkraut

Add two cans or bottles of your favorite beer

Place 3 or 4 of your favorite sausages on the mixture

Cook on medium low for 50-60 minutes
