Golden Cream Soup

Serves: 6-8

3 Cup Diced Potatoes
1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
1 Cup Water
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Celery Slices
Dash Pepper
1/2 Cup Carrots Slices
1 1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Onion, Diced
2 Tbsp Flour
1 Tsp Parsley Flakes
1/2 Lb Velvetta, Cubed

In pan combine everything but milk, flour and velveeta. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or till tender. Gradually add milk to flour, mixing till well blended. Add milk and flour to vegetables; cook till thickened. Add cheese; stir till melted.
