Sweet & Sour Frankfurters |
Serves 4
To 6 1 Can (8 Oz) Pineapple Chunks (In
Own Juice) Drain pineapple;
reserve 1/4 cup juice. In large skillet or wok heat corn oil over medium
high heat. Add frankfurters; stir fry 4 to 5 minutes or until browned.
Add next three (3) ingredients; stir fry two (2) minutes. In small bowl
mix corn starch and reserved pineapple juice until smooth. Stir in water
and next three (3) ingredients; stir into skillet. Stirring constantly,
bring to a boil over medium heat and boil one (1) minute. Stir in
pineapple and tomato; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve
over rice. |
