Beef Roll Up |
Serves: 6 6 Beef Cube Steaks Sprinkle meat
with salt & pepper, marinate in dressing one (1) hour at room
temperature. Simmer vegetables in water till tender crisp, (covered,
about 7 to 8 minutes). Drain vegetables. Drain steaks and place about
1/3 cup vegetable mixture on each steak. Roll up, wrap two (2) bacon
slices around and secure with toothpicks. Grill steaks over hot coals or
broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 20 to 25 minutes, turning steaks
