Oatmeal Cookies

2 Cups Sugar 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter 1/2 Cup Butter 3 1/2 Cups Uncooked Quick Oatmeal 1/3 Cup Cocoa 1 Tsp Vanilla 1/2 Cup Milk   Mix together in saucepan the sugar, butter, cocoa and milk. Cook until mixture starts to boil. Boil for 1 1/2 minutes. Mix in peanut butter. When peanut butter dissolves, add the oatmeal and vanilla. Drop on buttered cookie sheets with a spoon or pour in a buttered 7 x 12 pan and cut in squares when cooled.
