Yield: 8 Doz. 2 Eggs 2 Cups Oatmeal 2 Cups Raisens 1 1/4 Cups White
Flour 1 Cup Margarine 1 Cup Whole Wheat
Flour 3/4 Cup White
Sugar 2 Tsp Baking Soda 1 Cup Dark Brown
Sugar 3/4 Cup Chopped
Nuts (Optional) Beat eggs and add
raisins, set aside. In large bowl cream margarine and sugars. Add dry
ingredients. Mix in raisens and egg mixture. Add nuts. Bake at 375 deg.
For 10 to 12 minutes. |
