3 Cups Sugar

1 Cup Milk

3 Tbsp Hersey's Cocoa (Heaping)

1/2 Stick Butter

1 Tsp Vanilla

1/8 Tsp Salt

1/2 Cup Nuts


In heavy pan, heat to boiling the sugar, milk and salt. Continue cooking and stirring until fudge forms a soft ball when dropped into a cup of cold water. Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter. Put pan in sink of cold water and continue to stir until thickened. Add nuts & pour into buttered pan.
