	1 1/5 Vodka 4oz Instant Coffee 4 Cups Boiling Water 1 Vanilla Bean 4 Cups Sugar   Dissolve sugar in 2 cups. Pour all ingredients in a gallon bottle and suspend vanilla bean with a strong string. Let stand for 4 weeks. Shake jug a little once a week.
