Spicy Vegetable Slaw




(Serves 6-8)

Dressing:

1 1/4 Cups Mayo
3 Tbls. Dijon Mustard
1 Fresh Jalapeno Papper, Seeded And Minced
1 Tbls. Sugar
2 Tbls. White Wine Vinegar
6 Drops Tabasco Sauce
2 Tsp. Freshly Grated Lemon Peel (Key Ingredient!)
1 Tsp. Caraway Seeds
2 Tsp. Celery Seeds
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper

 

Vegetables:

2 Cups Shredded White/Green Cabbage
2 Cups Shredded Red/Purple Cabbage
2 Cups Shredded Carrots
1 Red Bell Pepper, Seeded & Julienned (I Cut The Strips In Half)
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, Seeded & Julienned (I Cut The Strips In Half)Whisk Together The Dressing Ingredients. 

 

Add to the vegetables and toss until thoroughly mixed.  Serve chilled.
