Crab Salad On Cucumber Slices |
2 Cans Lump
Crabmeat, Drained (Picked Thru For Any Shells) 1/3 Cup Red Onion,
Finely Chopped 2-3 Tblsp. Mayo
(Or Until It Looks "Wet" Enough) 1 Tsp. Old Bay
Seasoning 1 Tsp. Chopped
Dill Couple Dashes Of
Hot Sauce 2 Cucumbers Sliced
In � " Slices (I Like To Peel Some Strips Off Before Slicing - For
Decoration) Mix first 5
ingredients together. Put approx. 1 tsp. Of salad on each cucumber
slice. Sprinkle with paprika or old bay. I like to make the salad ahead
of time and let it sit in the frig for a few hours so the flavors blend |
