Chicken Liver Paste |
1 Lb Chicken Livers 6 Tbsp Butter 1/2 Cup Minced
Onions 2 Boiled Egg Yolks 1/2 Tsp Salt 2 Dashes Pepper 2 Dashes
Worchester Sauce Melt butter, add
onions,livers. Simmer at 210 for 10 minutes. Do not pour off liquid.
Combine all ingredients in blender. |
