Teriyaki Sauce




Yield: 2 Cups

1 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Salad Oil
1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar
2 To 3 Large Garlic Cloves, Minced
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tsp Ground Ginger

Mix all ingredients together. Keeps refrigerated for weeks. Makes a great marinade for beef, chicken or fish.
