Stew




Serves: 6

2 Lbs Boneless Beef Chuck, Cubed
2 Tsp Salt
2 Cups Hot Water
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Pinch Allspice
1 Tsp Worchestershire
1 Tsp Sugar
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
6 Carrots, Sliced
2 Small Bay Leaves
8 Small Onions
1 Onion, Chopped
3 Potatoes, Quartered

Brown meat in pressure cooker; add all ingredients except carrots, small onion and potatoes. Cook at 10 lb for 30 minutes. Open cooker add vegetables and simmer gently for 30 minutes or till vegetables are tender. Thicken liquid if necessary.
