Spaghetti Sauce




2 Lbs Tomatoes
1 Tsp Sugar
1 1/2 Lbs Ground Beef
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
12 Oz Can Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 Can Water
1 Tbsp Basil
1 Lb 13 Oz Can Tomato Puree
1 Bay Leaf
1 Onion, Chopped
 Salt And Pepper To Taste
1 Clove Garlic, Minced

Brown onions, garlic and meat. Liquefy tomatoes in blender and add to meat. Bring to boil. Add paste, water, puree and spices. Simmer 3 - 4 hours.

Optional: when sauce starts to simmer, add some links of Italian sausage for added flavor.
