Old Fashioned Potato Salad

Yield 8 Cups

1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup Minced Onions
3 Tbsp White Vinegar
2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
2 Hard Cooked Eggs
6 Cups Cooked Potatoes, Cubed
2 Cups Celery (Sliced)

In large bowl, stir together all but potatoes, celery & eggs. Add potatoes & celery; toss to coat well. Slice eggs and place as top layer. Cover; chill four (4) hours. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
