Leek Cauliflower Soup

Serves: 2-4

3-4 Leeks, Sliced
1 Cup Heavy Cream
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 1/2 Cup Cauliflower, Precooked
Salt & Pepper To Taste

Cook leeks in butter till tender, about 8 minutes. Add remaining
 ingredients and heat through but do not boil. Garnish with minced chives.
