Hot Sauce




1 Quart Tomatoes, Cut Up, Drained
15 Oz Can Tomato Sauce
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onions
2 Garlic Cloves, Finely Minced
2 To 4 Jalapeno Peppers, Chopped
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Ground Coriander

Combine all ingredients and allow flavors to blend at least one (1) hour. (preferably overnight). Store in refrigerator.
