Chicken Salad

1 Onion, Finely Chopped, Set In 1/2 Cup Vinegar
1 Chicken, Cooked, Boned And Cut In Bite Sized Pieces
1 Cucumber, Quartered, Seeds Removed, Very Thinly Sliced
6 Carrots, Shredded
1 Cabbage, Shredded
1/4 Cup Mint Leaves, Cut Fine

While cutting up vegetables, let chopped onion marinate in vinegar. After all vegetables are cut, mix everything together. Pour following heated sauce over salad.

1 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Vinegar
2 To 4 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
1 Tbsp Salt
