Serves 8

1/3 Cup Corn Oil
1 Can (8 Oz) Sliced Bamboo Shoots (Drained)
2 Cups Diagonally Sliced Celery
1 Medium Onion, Thinly Sliced
1/4 Cup Light Or Dark Corn Syrup
3/4 Lb Boneless Pork, (Cut In 1/2 In. Cubes)
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Worchestershire Sauce
3/4 Lb Boneless Veal, (Cut In 1/4 In. Strips)
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 Can (8 Oz) Water Chestnuts, (Drained, Sliced)
3 Tbsp Corn Starch
3 Tbsp Water
1 Cup Bean Sprouts
Hot Cooked Noodles
1 Cup Chicken Bouillon

In large skillet or wok heat corn oil over medium high heat. Add celery and onions; stir fry 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from skillet. Add pork; stir fry four (4) minutes. Add veal; stri fry one (1) minute. Add celery mixture, water chestnuts and next eight (8) ingredients. Mix corn starch and water until smooth. Stir into skillet. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil one (1) minute. Serve over noodles.
