Vetetable Beef Rigatoni |
Serves: 6
- 8 1 Lb Ground Beef Brown beef, onion
and garlic. Drain off fat. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, mushrooms and
spices. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for thirty
(30) minutes. In large pan heat to boiling one (1) inch water. Add beans
and carrots. Cover and cook for five (5) minutes over low heat. Add
zucchini and green pepper, cook five (5) minutes longer. Drain and add
to sauce and simmer. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to box
directions. Spoon vegetable sauce over rigatoni. |
