Teriyaki Steak




Serves: 4

2 1/2 Lbs. Sirloin Steak
1 Large Garlic Clove (Minced)
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Ginger
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Salad Oil
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar

Place steak in shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak. Marinate four (4) hours in refrigerator, turning often. Drain steak. Broil or grill on coals, on rotisserie rack, low position.
