7 Lbs Pork
1 Tsp Pepper
6 Large Onions
2 Tsp M S G
Handfull Of Garlic Cloves
4 Eggs, Beaten
Bean Strings
Rice Paper
Mushrooms, Dried
1 Lb Carrots, Cut In Fine Threads

Soak package of bean strings and mushrooms, drain. Grind together pork, onions and garlic. Add bean strings, mushrooms, carrots, pepper, msg and eggs. Mix well with hands. Cut rice paper in 4 squares and dampen between two towels. Roll spoonfulls of mixture in rice paper; seal with water. Fry in 1 quart hot oil.
