Layered Dinner




Serves:4

6 To 8 Slices Of Bacon
1 To 1 1/2 Lbs Ground Beef
5 Medium Potatoes, Sliced
2 Medium Onions, Sliced
6 Carrots, Sliced
1 Green Pepper, Chopped

Line a heavy skillet with bacon and continue layering in the order on list of ingredients. Salt and pepper each layer. Turn on high for 3 minutes; then add scant 1/4 cup water, cover tightly and simmer about 45 minutes.
