Lasagna




Serves: 8 - 12

1 Lb Lasagna Noodles, Cooked
1 Tsp Salt
2 Lb Ground Beef
1/8 Tsp Pepper
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
2 (10 1/2 Oz) Cans Meatless Sauce
2 Eggs, Beaten
1 Cup Water
1 Lb Mozzarella, Sliced
3/4 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Brown beef, garlic and onion. Drain off fat. Add sauce, water and salt. Simmer gently for 15 minutes. Combine ricotta cheese and egg. In greased pan 15 1/5 x 10 1/2 x 2 1/2 arrange first a layer of drained lasagna and then alternating layers of ricotta cheese mozzarella and sauce. End top with a layer of meat sauce. Sprinkle surface with parmesan cheese. Bake for 45 min. At 350 deg.
