Hungarian Goulash




Serves: 4

2 Lb Chuck Roast (1 Inch Cubes)
3 Tbsp Flour
1/4 Tsp Pepper
 2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Paprika
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
10 1/2 Oz. Beef Bouillion
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
1 Bay Leaf
1 1/2 Tsp Salt
1 (8 Oz) Package Noodles
2 Tbsp Butter

Coat beef cubes with flour. Heat oil and brown beef well on all sides. Add onion, cook, stirring until tender, about five (5) minutes. Add remaining ingredients except noodles and butter. Cover, set pressure cooker control at ten (10) lbs and cook 25 minutes. Liquid may need thickening. Cook noodles, drain and toss with butter. Serve goulash over hot noodles.
