Gormet Goulash




Serves: 5 - 6

1 Lb Ground Beef
1 1/2 Tsp Celery Salt
1 Cup Chopped Onion
1/8 Tsp Pepper
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
10 Oz. Can Beef Broth
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Water
3 Cups (4 Oz) Uncooked Egg Noodles
1/3 Cup Chopped Green Peppers
2 1/2 Cups Tomato Juice
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 1/2 Tsp Worchestershire Sauce
8 Oz. Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced

Brown beef, onion, garlic and salt in heavy pan. Drain off fat. Add all other ingredients except green pepper, sour cream and mushrooms. Simmer, covered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. In the meantime saute the mushrooms in a little butter. Add the green pepper to the noodle mixture and cook for 10 min. Or until noodles are tender. Stir in mushrooms and sour cream, heat and serve.
