Chili




Serves: 4 - 6

1 Lb Ground Beef
1 Large Onion, Chopped
1/2 Lb Fresh Mushrooms, Quartered
1 Green Pepper, Chopped
1 Quart Tomatoes
2 Bay Leaves
1 To 2 Tbsp Chile Powder
1 Tbsp Salt
1/8 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/8 Tsp Paprika
1 Can Red Or Kidney Beans

Brown beef, onion and green pepper together. Drain off fat. Add all remaining ingredients except beans and simmer two (2) hours covered or about 45 minutes uncovered. Drain beans and add to chile. Heat through and serve
