Chicken Thighs Royal

1 1/2 Lbs Chicken Thighs, Skinned, Boned, And Pounded Thin
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Oil
1/4 Tsp Pepper
 4 Lemon Wedges
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
Chopped Parsley
1/2 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; dip in sour cream, then in crumbs. In heavy skillet over medium heat cook chicken in hot oil, turning once, 6 minutes or until golden and juices run clear when pierced. Serve with lemon wedges dipped in chopped parsley or paprika. Per serving: 414 calories
