Cauliflower Oriental

Serves 4

2 Tbsp Corn Oil
1/2 Cup Water
1 Medium Cauliflower, Broken In Flowerets (About 5 Cups)
1/4 Cup Light Or Dark Corn Syrup
 2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
1/2 Cup Thinly Sliced Green Onions|
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Green Pepper (Cut In Strips 1x1 1/4)
1/8 Tsp Ground Ginger
1 Tbsp Corn Starch
1/2 Cup Thinly Sliced Radishes

In large skillet or wok heat corn oil over medium high heat. Add cauliflower. Stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add onion and pepper. Stir fry 2 to 3 minutes. In small bowl mix corn starch and water until smooth. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Stir into skillet. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil one (1) minute. Add radishes.
