Cabbage Rolls

Serves: 4-6

16 Large Leaves Cabbage
1 Cup Cooked Rice
1 Lb Ground Beef
1 Egg
1 Tsp Salt
1 Can Tomato Soup- Or Tomato Sauce
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 Small Onion, Chopped
3/4 Cup Water

Steam cabbage rolls for 4 minutes. Drain well. Mix meat, salt, pepper, onion, rice and egg. Roll a portion of filling into each leaf; secure with a toothpick. Place cabbage rolls on rack in pressure cooker pan. Pour tomato soup and water over rolls. Cover; set control at 15 lbs and cook 8 minutes after control jiggles.
