Broccoli Puff




1 10 Oz Package Frozen Broccoli
1 10 Oz Can Condensed
Mushroom Soup
1/2 Cup Shreded sharp Cheese
1/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Mayo Or Sal.Dress
1 Egg (Beaten)
1/4 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1 Tbsp. Oleo

Cook frozen broccoli according to pkg directions, omitting salt; drain thoroughly. If using fresh broccoli, cook 15 minutes. Place in baking dish (10x16). Mix soup with cheese. Add milk, salad dressing and beaten to soup mixture, stirring until well blended. Pour over broccoli. Combine bread crumbs with melted butter, sprinkle evenly over mixture. Bake at 350 deg. For 45 minutes eight (8).
