Belgian Flank Steak




1 Lb Beef Flank Steak
1 Tbsp Worchester Sauce
1 Tbsp Prepared Mustard
3/4 Cup Lite Beer
4oz Can Mushrooms(Undrain
1 Sweet Onion Sliced
1/4 Tsp. Each-Dried Sage
Thyme,Savory
Optional(Pinch Of Salt
Coarse Ground Pepper

Spread meat on both sides with worsherster sauce spread the top of the meat with mustard. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Place the meat in the cold skillet, mustard side up. Raise heat to high. Cook undisturbed until under side is well browned. Turn meat over & cook to desired doneness (best if very rare). Remove to a heated platter. Combine remaining ingredients in skillet. Cook & stir (5) minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated. Slice steak thinly against the grain and spoon sauce over the steak. Makes (4) servings.
