Barbeque Cups


3/4 Lb Ground Beef
1/2 Tsp Yellow Mustard
1/2 Cup Barbeque Sauce
8 Oz Can Pillsbury Baking
1 Tbsp Instant Minced Onion
Powder Biscuits
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Cheddar, Shredded

Brown meat, drain. Add sauce, onion, sugar and mustard. Set aside. Separate biscuits. Place one in each ungreased muffin cup, pressing dough up sides to edge of cup. Spoon meat mixture into cups. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or till golden at 400f.

Note: can be prepared, covered and refrigerated for up to 4 hours before baking; then bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
