Baked Fresh Fish Fillets

Serves: 2

1 Lb Fish Fillets (Your Choice)
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 To 2 Tsp Lemon Juice
 4 Tbsp Melted Butter
1/8 Tsp Pepper
1/8 Tsp Paprika
24 Ritz Crackers (Make Into Crumbs)
1 Lemon, Sliced (Garnish)
2 To 4 Sprigs Parsley (Garnish)

Rinse fillets in cold water, drain well on paper toweling. Sprinkle fillets with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Dip fillets in melted butter and dredge lightly in Ritz cracker crumbs. Place fillets on lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for ten (10) minutes at 450 deg. And broil for two (2) minutes or until golden. Serve with parsley and sliced lemon.
