Amish Chicken Casserole

1 Chicken And Giblets
1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 1/2 Cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
Double Recipe Of Homemade Noodles (See Pies & Pastries)

Topping:
1/4 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp Butter

Cook Chicken In 1 Quart Water In Pressure Cooker For 30 Minutes At 10 Lbs Pressure. Remove Meat, Cool, Skin, Bone And Cut Into Bite sized Pieces. Cook Noodles In Broth Until Tender, About 15 Minutes. And Meat, Soup, And Vegetables To Noodles. Pour Into Buttered Casserole. Combine All Topping Ingredients With Fork Till Crumbly; Sprinkle Over Casserole. Bake For 30 To 45 Minutes At 350f.
