Sweet Potato Casserole

1 Tbsp Butter
2 Eggs
1 1/4 Lbs Sweet Potatoes, Peeled, Cooked And Mashed
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
3/4 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp Chopped Walnuts
1/3 Cup Light Or Dark Brown Sugar, Packed.

Preheat oven to 400 deg. Add butter to hot mashed potatoes and stir till melted. Stir in milk, sugar, eggs, salt and cinnamon. When throughly blended, pour into a 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with walnuts around edge. Bake about 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve hot or warm. Per serving: 185 calories
