Sweet Glazed Carrots




Serves: 4

6 Carrots, Diagonal Sliced
1/4 Tsp Dry Mustard
3 Tbsp Orange Juice
1/8 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Margarine
1/8 Tsp Cloves (Ground)
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

Place carrots in shallow bowl with orange juice. Cover and vent with plastic wrap. Cook on full power for ten (10) minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times. Remove from oven and allow to stand covered. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients and cook for 45 seconds or until sugar disolves. Pour over carrots. Recover and

Cook for two (2) minutes. Stir and serve.

Note: for a different taste, substitute crushed pineapple and juice for orange juice
