1 Cup Unsifted Flour

1 Tbsp Butter

1 Egg

1 Tsp Salt


In medium bowl, combine flour and salt; mix with fork. Make well in center. Add egg and 2 tbsp cold water; beat with fork until ingredients are combined. On lightly floured pastry cloth, roll the dough 1/8 inch thick. With sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut into desired shaped noodles.
