Brunch Egg Casserole




 

Serves: 6

 

2 1/2 Cups Bread Cubes

2 Cups Milk

6 Eggs Well Beaten

8 Oz. Velveta Cheese (Cubed)

1 Lb. Cooked Sausage Or Bacon

1 Tsp Salt

Dash Pepper

  Optional: Green Pepper & Chopped Onion

 

Mix all of above ingredients. Place in well buttered 9 x 13 baking dish. Set in refrigerator overnight. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 deg.
