Sugar Cookies |
Yield: 3 Doz. 1 Cup Butter 2 3/4 Cups Sifted
Flour 1 Cup Sugar 3/4 Tsp Salt 2 Eggs 1/2 Tsp Baking
Powder 1 Tsp Almond
Flavoring 1/2 Tsp Baking
Soda Cream butter and
sugar well. Beat in eggs and almond flavoring. Gradually blend in dry
ingredients which have been sifted together. Chill the dough at least
three (3) hours. Roll to 1/8 or 1/4 inch thickness on a lightly pastry
board. Cut pastry with floured cookie cutters. Bake on ungreased cookie
sheets. Frost with butter almond cookie frosting. Bake at 375 deg. For 8
to 10 minutes. |
