Rhubarb Upside Down Cake




 

4 Cups Chopped Rhubarb

2 Eggs

1 Cup Sugar

1 Cup Milk

1 3 Oz Pkg Strawberry Jello

4 Tbsp Shortening

3 Cups Bisquick

2 Tsp Vanilla

1 Cup Sugar

 

In greased 9 x 13 pan spread rhubarb. Sprinkle with one (1) cup sugar and jello. Blend remaining ingredients together and mix for four (4) minutes on medium speed of mixer. Pour over rhubarb. Bake at 350 deg. For 35 to 40 min. Invert on platter while cake is still warm.
