Rhubarb Pie




 

3 Cups Rhubarb, Cut In 1 Inch Pieces

1 Egg, Beaten

1 1/2 Cups Sugar

1/2 Tsp Salt

4 To 5 Tbsp Flour (Or Equivalent Of Tapioca)

2 Tbsp Butter

 

Add flour (or tapioca) and sugar to rhubarb and toss. Beat egg with salt and toss with rhubarb. Pour into prepared pie crust, dot with butter and seal pie with top layer of crust. Bake for ten (10) minutes at 425 deg., then for 35 minutes at 350 deg.
