Cream Pie


2 Cup Milk

2 Tbsp Butter

4 Tbsp White Sugar

2 Egg Yolks

2 Tbsp Cornstarch

1/2 Tsp Vanilla

1/4 Tsp Salt


Melt butter in pan. Add milk and sugar. Mix the rest of the ingredients with a little milk and bring to boiling. Boil gently for a few minutes, till thickened. Use this as the basic cream filling for banana, peanut butter or coconut pies.
