Pie Crust




 

Yield - 2 Crust For 9 Inch Pies.

 

3 Cups Flour

1 1/4 Cups Shortening Or 1 Cup Lard

1 Tsp Salt

1 Egg, Well Beaten

5 Tbsp Cold Water

1 Tbsp Vinegar

 

Cut shortening into flour and salt. Combine egg, vinegar and water. Pour liquid into flour mixture, all at one time. Blend with a spoon just until all the flour is moistened. This is an easy crust to handle and can be re-rolled.
