4 Cups Sugar

3 Cups Water

1 Vanilla Bean

2oz Yuban Coffee


Boil sugar a & water until sugar is melted. Reduce heat and add yuban coffee, stirring until coffee is completely dissolved. Set aside to cool. Cut vanilla bean into 1 inch pieces, drop into a jar & pour mixture over the cut up bean. Add at least one pint of five star brandy. Store in refrigerator with loose top for about four weeks. Remove bean and pour into an empty bottle. No need to refrigerate after the 4 week period.
