Pork Shrimp Won Tons


Yield; 36

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1 Can (8oz) Water Chestnuts, Drained, Minced

2 Tsp Cornstrach

Vegetable Oil For Frying

1\2 Lb. Ground Pork

1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

1 Clove Garlic, Minced

1 Pkg Won Ton Wrappers

1\2 Chopped Green Onions & Tops

1\2 Lb. Shrimp, Shelled, Deveined And Chopped


Mix soy sauce, one (1) tbsp water and cornstarch; set aside. Heat wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add pork & garlic; stir fry 2 min. Drain drippings. Add next three ingredients, stir fry for 1 min or until shrimp turn pink. Add soy sauce mixture; cook and stir until mixture thickens. Remove from heat stir in sesame oil. Cook and stir until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Cool. To fill won ton wrappers place 1 heaping tsp filling into center of each wrapper. Moisten 2 edges of wrapper with water and press over to form a triangle. Press edges together forcing out air. Heat oil 2 inches deep, in wok or sauce pan to 350. Fry won tons, a few at a time 1 to 2 min or until golden. Serve with desired dips.
