1 Lb Boned Chicken Breast, Skinned
1\4 Cup Soy Sauce
(And Cut Into 1 Inch Cubes)
2 Tsp Sugar
1\2 Tsp Salt
1\8 Tsp Garlic Salt
1\8 Tsp Ground Ginger
Dash Of Pepper
1 Green Pepper, Cut Into 1\2 In Cubes
4 Oz Mushrooms About 15 (Halved)
2 Tbsp Honey
Mix chichen pieces, soy sauce, sugar, salt, garlic salt, ginger and pepper. Let stand 10 to 20 minutes. Drain, reserving soy sauce mixture. Alternate one green pepper, one chicken cube and mushroom half on round wooden toothpicks. Place kabobs on single layer of paper toweling around outer edge of carousel or on roasting rack. Stir honey into reserved soy sauce mixture; brush each kabob generously.
Microwave, uncovered, at high until chicken is tender and green peppers are tender-crisp,3 1\2 to 6 1\2 minutes. Brushing each kabob with soy sauce mixture after half the cooking time. If using other then a carousel microwave, rotate after half the cooking time.
